Do you have event experience?
Superstar Runway was created by event professionals that have been in the industry since 1996. The creators have been Disc Jockeys and have planned various types of events. The on staff graphic designer creates artwork for sports teams, celebrities and magazines that are currently on the news stand. Our photographers are experienced wedding and event photographers.

How do you set up for my event?
Superstar Runway arrives at your event before your guests arrive. We determine the best area to set up your step and repeat backdrop. We can work with you in advance on recommending the set up area. We setup our frame that holds the backdrop (step and repeat) and then place your backdrop on it. We roll out the red carpet and secure it to the floor. Your Superstar event is ready for your grand entrance. We recommend at the minimum a 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep area for photo ops.

How does the banner hang?
Depending on you application, we have a specially made frame that holds the backdrop or we can secure it to a wall.

Is your backdrop handicapped accessible?
Yes, our backdrops generally are placed in front of a wall and our red carpet is about the standard thickness of your home carpet. We use a special double faced carpet tape to keep the carpet from moving. Best of all we don’t leave the tape’s sticky gook behind.

What happens to my backdrop at the end of the event?
We roll up your backdrop to prevent creases from forming, place it in a special protective tube and you get to keep it for future use.

Can I add a logo or border to the printed photo?
Yes, we will work with you on a design that will work with your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check or Credit Card at your location or over the phone. Generally we require a deposit and the remaining balance two weeks before your event.

What is the backdrop (stand and repeat) made of?
Our backdrops are made of non-shiny (matte) vinyl.

How far in advance do I have to book?
Dependent on seasons (i.e. wedding season) it is best to book or ask for us to check availability for your date as soon as you set one.
